Overview

Buddhist sojourn tour with India includes every possible place in and around the places where Buddhist culture has left its significant mark. Itinerary

Day 1. Delhi Arrival
Upon arrival at Delhi, you will be picked up by the team member who will escort you to the pre-booked luxury hotel. Take a rest after check-in and stay overnight.

Delhi 2. Delhi Sightseeing
The sightseeing tour of Delhi will begin with the medieval times heritage monuments like Qutub Minar, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Lodhi Gardens and Humayun Tomb. The colonial heritage present in Delhi includes India Gate, Parliament House and Connaught place are the famous one.
Apart from this, enjoying the evening time at Chandni Chowk or in the pious and peaceful premises of Bangla Sahib Gurudwara (a famous Sikh temple) will be scheduled as per your discretion. The escorting tour partner will drop you back to the hotel after the day tour. Stay overnight in Delhi.  

Day 3.   Allahabad Transfer & Sightseeing
Unpack yourself and get ready to take a holy dip in the Triveni Sangam (a point of confluence of three rivers). Then the guided tour of Anand Bhawan, Swaraj Bhawan and Hanuman Temple will take you back to the historic time.
Overnight stay at the hotel.  

Day 4. Shravasti Transfer
After your arrival you will start exploring the major attractions like Bodhi tree where Lord Buddha meditated and believed to have performed miracles. The Suhaildev WIldlife sanctuary is also a great attraction for nature lovers here.

Day 5. Lumbini Transfer
You will be transferred to Lumbini with the help of a driver. After checking into the hotel, the rest of the day will be at your leisure.

Day 6. Lumbini SIghtseeing
This is the place where Gautan Buddha took birth and made it famous because of his knowledge and preaching. During the visit to Lumbini Park you will find the Ashoka Pillar which is also a national emblem of the country. Visit to Mayadevi temple and China Temple are the attractions that will be covered in the day tour.
Stay overnight at the hotel.  

Day 7. Kushinagar Transfer
The day tour at Kushinagar will include the major attractions like Matha Kaur Shrine, Buddhist Museum, Parinirwana Stupa, Japanese Temple and Thai & Burmese Temple.
Come back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 8.  Bodhgaya Transfer via Patna
After arriving at Bodhgaya, the guided tour of Mahabodhi Temple complex gives a detailed insight into the spiritual past and significance of this place. The engraved footprints of Lord Buddha and the golden statue of Lord Buddha in The sanctum are the inseparable part of the glorious past of this place.
Come back to the hotel for overnight stay.  

Day 9. Varanasi Transfer
After breakfast, check out and proceed for the most famous and busy spiritual city of India- Varanasi.

Day 10. Varanasi Sightseeing
The tour will begin with the visit of Kashi Vishwanath Temple, a holy temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Later in the day other famous temples like Tulsi Manas Temple, Bharat Mata Temple and Bhairav Nath Temple.
Same day excursion to  the Sarnath is another attraction in the day tour. The place where lord Buddha preached his first sermon. The Bodhi Tree is the only oldest living tree documented till date.
Come back to Varanasi for overnight stay.

Day 11. Delhi Transfer
After completing the tour you will be transferred to Delhi by road for boarding your flight for your final departure.
