Holy Tour of India

Overview

This 5 days tour of the most famous pilgrimage destinations of India includes a detailed tour of Allahabad & Chitrakoot along with Varanasi, the oldest city of India.  Right from the first day, it begins with Varanasi and passes through the selected destinations where a guided tour will provide a detailed account on the spiritual heritage and historical background associated with these places.

Itinerary

Day 1. Arrival at Varanasi
After your arrival at Varanasi will be greeted and assisted by the team member who will get you transported to the pre-booked luxury hotel.
Rest of the day will be at your leisure.
 
Day 2. Varanasi Sightseeing- Sarnath -  Varanasi
Soon after the delightful breakfast you will be transferred to the banks of river Ganges where you will admire the historic beauty of this place dotted and settled on the banks of this river, through a boat ride.  
Later in the day, you will start your excursion for Sarnath, the place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon, after attaining enlightenment. The tour of the museum and the places around unwind the bright history behind this place.
Come back to Varanasi for overnight stay.   

Day 3.   Allahabad Transfer & Sightseeing
Unpack yourself and get ready to take a holy dip in the Triveni Sangam (a point of confluence of three rivers). Then the guided tour of Anand Bhawan, Swaraj Bhawan and Hanuman Temple will take you back to the historic time.
Overnight stay at the hotel.   
Rest of the evening will be at your leisure.
 
Day 4. Allahabad - Chitrakoot - Allahabad
The major attractions that will be covered in the day excursion tour of Chitrakoot are Hanuman Dhara, Kamadgiri, Sati Anusuiya Ashram, Sita Kund and Ram Ghat.
Later in the day, come back to Allahabad for overnight stay.
 
Day 5. Delhi Departure
From Allahabad you will be transferred to  Delhi Airport for boarding your flight.
